Artistic ability (or lack thereof) is something that some people say, runs in the family. This may or may not be the case in my family.

What I do know is that my grandmother is an artist, and over time, I've developed an interest in painting and drawing. I don't get much chance to paint anymore, but I draw whenever the urge hits, and it's usually just on whatever paper's sitting in front of me.

For now, all that I can offer to show you is a picture of a painting that I did in a high school painting class, and some of the celtic style knots that I've drawn.

This is my favorite painting that I've done so far. I'm hoping to eventually gather enough money to buy myself painting supplies and repaint this onto a canvas. Right now this is just done on paper with acrilics.
This is one of the many celtic style knots that I've doodled when I get bored. This particular one I drew in a biology class one year, and it's my favorite one yet.
This is another knot that I've drawn. I believe I drew this on in a History class I took once.
And this one, I also drew in that history class. I have other knots that I actually drew while I was at home, and not while I was supposed to be listening to a teacher, but I didn't have them at the time of scanning, so they'll show up later.
