A beautiful world reveals itself
When the sun disappears
Below the horizon
And the sky grows dark.

The darkness of the night
Seems to be my only comfort
The only time when things

The stars in the sky
Seem to be my only company
The only ones who listen
And they don't look at me wierd.

I let the night embrace me
The night knows me better
The night is a better friend
Than anyone else.

I dance within the shadows
Letting my emotions show
Only for the night to see
Only for the stars to witness.

The night sees me for who I am
It does not criticize me
It does not question my motives
It keeps my secrets as it's own.

The night knows what
